Pricing

All orders across South Africa are at a flat rate of R100.00.

Processing Times

Handcrafted to order - ready in 7-8 days, delivered in 3-5.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or brand name on the outside of the parcel to protect your privacy.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you do not receive your tracking email within 7 business days, please contact us.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

Public holidays

Private Pleasure is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Private Pleasure is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
